The Jade District’s Small Business Improvement Grants funded through Tax-Increment Financing (TIF) helped the owners of T4 on 82nd renovate the property to meet the T4 brand standards. The grant funds went to help with the costs of new flooring, paint, lights, cabinets, and counters. The new owners, a brother-sister duo, were able to takeover the lease of the former Mixteca property at 2320 SE 82nd Ave. in the summer of 2023 and worked hard to get the new location open for a September 16th soft opening.
